We have absolutely loved living in this quiet little spot at the end of a cul-de-sac in Watters Crossing, tucked away, peaceful, surrounded by mature trees, yet we’re just a short walk from everything we enjoy — the neighborhood pool, tennis & pickle-ball courts, lakeside walking trails, parks, playgrounds & even Norton Elementary. The home itself has been such a comfortable & flexible space for us. With over 2, 700 square feet, there’s plenty of room to spread out — 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths & a front room with French doors that’s perfect for a home office, game room, or extra living space. The primary suite is downstairs and feels like a real retreat, with a large ensuite bath & beautiful views of the front yard. We’ve always appreciated the details here — the high ceilings, hardwood floors, crown molding, plantation shutters, granite countertops & updated lighting. The family room is one of our favorite places to spend time, especially with the fireplace going. The kitchen has stainless appliances and flows easily into the breakfast area & utility room, which keeps things convenient. There’s also a front living or dining space or anything from a reading nook to a play area with lots of natural light. Beautiful new carpet on the stairs & in the 3 additional bedrooms up which offer lots of flexibility — whether for kids, guests, or even another office or game room. Our backyard has been a true highlight! The large wood recently repainted deck sits under the shade of mature trees and is great for dinners outside, lounging, or sitting by a fire pit. The side yard adds extra room for gardening, a golf driving net or play area for the pets. Watters Crossing is such a friendly community, and the location can’t be beat — just about a mile to the Watters Creek shops, restaurants, and entertainment, with quick access to Highway 75. It’s been the perfect blend of comfort, community & convenience for us, and it will be a beautiful place for you to write your next chapter.
