The City of Cottonwood also mentioned C1 and C2 zonings as a possibility if someone wanted to build housing either on owned or leased land. Seller is willing to cooperate with a developer to get a project approved and a zoning change prior to close of escrow provided plans are professionally designed and workable in its execution in the opinion of the seller. Seller will assist and cooperate in advancement of buyers plans prior to close of escrow. Survey and zoning changes may be part of the buyers inspection period, and are to be at buyers expense unless negotiated otherwise.
